The food I prepare & serve at Hotel Flatey is a reflection the surrounding nature and abundance from what is the Food Chest of Breiðafjörður. Ever so fresh ingredients from the Fjord like Mussels, Fish and Roe.
I like to gather wild Herbs and Kelp in Flatey as well as my own garden by the Hotel where I plant some of my favorite things to be naturally seasoned by the surrounding elements.
